- Headaches – morning headaches as a result of poor sleep
- Lack of Energy – feeling tired even after having a proper night sleep, a a result a person finds it hard to concentrate and perform daily duties, as well as remember things and stay focused on a task
- Mood Swings – because of the poor sleep quality, people midget start feeling anxious, easily irritable and moody.
- Depression – due to a poor sleep quality and feeling tired all the time can lower the mood and cause depression.
- Effect on a Relationship – a person that snores is not the only victim, but also people around, especially a bed partner, as loud snoring can prompt your partner to wake up a number of times a night because of the loud sound. That can put a strain on a relationship, however sleeping in different beds would be a good temporary solution.
Even if you snore, it doesn’t mean that you will have all these symptoms together or that you are affected by the disorders, mentioned above. Some people only snore occasionally, and there is nothing to worry in those cases.
